Who we are?

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCm projects in Oil, Gas, Energy, Pharma, Life Sciences and Advanced Technologies. For this specific opportunity, we are looking for a Construction Manager/Supervisor for a pharmaceutical project in the French-speaking part of Belgium:

Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in the role of Construction Manager/Supervisor (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience in supervising Engineering projects (CAPEX or EPCm projects)
  • Knowledge of the French language is mandatory
  • Knowledge of standard IT tools such as MS Office, Excel etc.
  • In possession of EU driver’s license and EU work permit / EU nationality
  • Experience in Life Sciences, biotechnology, chemicals and pharmaceutical projects is an asset
What will you do?
  • Your activities are diverse focusing on all construction activities on-site
  • Working closely together with the client as a Construction Management/Supervisor expert.
  • You are proactively involved in the project’s construction phase
  • Establish buildable and cost-effective solutions for the client.
  • You are responsible for making sure every activity is in line with HSE standards.
  • Management of direct reports and delegation of works to subcontractors.
  • Supervising the progress of the project (contact with subcontractors, construction supervision…)
  • Respecting and meeting deadlines while taking into consideration cost efficiency.
  • Communication on a multidisciplinary level (HSE, Civil, Mechanical, E&I).
What can you expect?
  • Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week on a freelance basis or as an employee
  • 2-3 year contract/project duration (minimum engagement of 1 year required)
  • A chance to gain new experience and participate in a technically challenging project
  • Work together with high-class Engineers in multidisciplinary teams
