Coordinator (trainer) for special processesin Bruges, Belgium


PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Pulling on torque, gluing, Shrinking are critical processes that must be carried out correctly. Every operator in Alstom Brugge who has to deal with one of these processes must therefore undergo thorough training with practical tests. That is why we are urgently looking for people who can give this training to the newcomers, certify them and recertify existing performers.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES


After a thorough training you are in the following condition:

  • Educating new people.
  • Preparing the practical tests to be carried out.
  • Evaluate the tests carried out.
  • Certifying and recertifying the trained people.
  • Follow up on the management of the certified people in Bomfact.
  • Updating the training material if necessary.
  • Performing flash audits on the critical processes and discussing the actions.
  • Supporting production, testing department and method in the crimping and torquing process.

QUALIFICATION:


  • Motivation to bring something to other people.
  • Sense of accuracy and quality.
  • Practical set
  • Good knowledge of word and powerpoint is a strong plus point.
  • Fluent Dutch and good English are a must have.
