Functie-informatie

You will work at Operating at the Mechelen Headquarters for 6 months.
You’ll take over recurring tasks related to month-end activities, plant cost
controlling and analyzing, work closely with the plant superintendents in
preparing and analyzing the monthly plant cost forecasts, you will also assist in preparing the monthly management information packages.
Main Tasks:
75 % Cost
accounting & Forecasting
  • Collecting
data for month-end, Maximo-SAP & Manis
  • Assist
in cost analyses vs budget
  • Prepare
data for Capital expenditure process.
  • Maintain
cost allocations
  • Calculate
monthly IBP forecast.
  • Collaboration
with Cgl shared Service Center (CBS )
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, data gathering and transferring to CBS.
25 % Support
Management information and reporting
  • Assist
in preparation of monthly cost meeting reviews

Degree in accounting
  • 2
years of experience
  • Knowledge
of SAP
  • Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive
problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Curious,
eager to learn and understand a complex business
