Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will organise COVID tests for employees who are working on sites worldwide;
  • You will be responsible for the booking of tests and the contacting of employees with the results;
  • Other general administrative tasks.
  • You have completed either an undergraduate degree (bachelor) or an A2 diploma;
  • Experience in admin is an added value, however your motivation and attitude are of greater value;
  • An excellent command in both written and spoken English. It is the main language of the business;
  • You are service-orientated and have a strong ability in admin.
We are urgently looking for an administrative clerk for the Covid Team for an international company in Zwijndrecht.
  • A temporary contract (min 3 months, for the duration of the current COVID measures). This is perfect for gaining administrative experience;
  • A full-time position. You will work 37hr 45min/week;
