Introduction

A new, challenging opportunity has arisen for a CRM Business Analyst and Coordinator to support Donaldson.

This position will be based in our Leuven office but allows a big part to be done from home if needed.

Your responsibilities

Your focus will be on supporting the sales organization with strategic initiative to maximize the sales effectiveness.

You will be the single point of contact for all CRM related topics for our Global Industrial Gasses Department. Supporting, developing, and maintaining our CRM system with focus on:
  • Working closely with business process owners to turn business requirements into valuable, useable business solutions and ensuring these are successfully implemented and adopted.
  • CRM implementation continuously matching CRM SOP to current business processes and business needs
  • Business reporting to global and regional management through CRM to analyze business actions/results, to manage Sales KPIs, to monitor results of sales actions/campaigns etc.
  • Enhancing CRM system to meet business requirements from proposal to testing and implementation in collaboration with IT/CRM teams
  • Establishing data integrity, maintenance and analysis procedures
  • Establishing full user management and support procedures
  • Exchange and representation of business needs across different departments, business units and regions, therefore aligning and integrating CRM as a globally used tool

Your profile:

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Administration, economics, Business Analytics, data analytics or equivalent

Experience
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a CRM / Business Analyst related position

Languages
  • Fluent English communication
  • French or German knowledge would be a plus

Soft Skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a true team player
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally

IT Skills
  • CRM (Oracle R12, CRM 365 or similar)
  • Power BI , Oracle BI or similar
