Your Focus

In a digital environment in permanent evolution, the personalized experience and the 1-to-1 communication became the standard for our customers. To support our customer-centric ambition,CRM technology Centre of Excellence, is looking for a specialist in Marketing technology,

You will act as a Business Solution owner, defining, steering and implementing the future evolutions of our marketing campaign management and interaction management solution (Unica platform) in order to match the needs of our internal customers with the technological evolution of the market.

In this context, you will capture, document, and enrich the marketing business needs related to marketing campaigns and segment of one. You will validate this is bringing added value to the platform, integrate properly into the existing ecosystem and finally liaise with theagile engineering teams for the implementation of your roadmap.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the evolution of our Marketing campaign and interaction management ecosystem, meaning:

• You will be accountable (Business system owner) of the Unica platform and its related processes.
• You will define the yearly evolution roadmap of this part of the martech ecosystem in respect of global Proximus martech architecture
• Based on briefings/needs of the marketeers, you will define the requirements and will document the related business cases, to extend the ecosystem with new capabilities.
• You will engage with the technical engineers and will follow the implementation of your requirements, from solution designs to final validations
• You will support and/or drive analysis, solution definition, implementation and communication around operational issues on the Unica platform
• You will manage the proactive and reactive communications to the internal stakeholders
• You will make sure that:
  • the ecosystem is easy to use
  • the business processes around the ecosystem are efficient, documented and respected
  • the good health of ecosystem is under control through relevant key indicators that you follow regularly

• You stay aware of the evolution of market in terms of new technologies so that you can inspire the various teams with new market opportunities

Profile

• Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in Digital Marketing
• Proven experience in marketing technologies projects (min 3 years)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrives in a cross functional environment
• Good communication, to peers and management
• Collaboration skills, team player
• Ability to discuss with Business and Technical stakeholders
• Pragmatic and concrete, problem solver and customer oriented
• Ability to work independently, think out-of-the box, proactive challenger
• Good knowledge of marketing and advertising capabilities
• Language; (FR or NL) and EN
• Agile-minded – experience in an agile environment is a plus
