For our client, a company active in the pharmaceutical sector located in Anderlecht, we are looking for a Customer Care with a very good knowledge of German!

As a Customer Care German, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls, e-mails and other correspondence
  • Providing the customer with the necessary and needed information regarding the products and the order handling
  • Reporting the incoming complaints regarding products and/or services
  • Keeping in touch with purchase department for monitoring of back orders, keeping customers and Sales team informed
  • Updating product price lists when it’s necessary
  • Assisting Finance in making credit notes
  • Keeping in touch with warehouse over shipments and ensuring that all logistical processes are executed to the customer’s contentment

The ideal profile of the Customer Care German:

  • You have a first similar experience
  • Excellent knowledge of German
  • Affinity with the sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit, excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented, good listener
  • Problem-solver personality
