About Our Client

Our client is a scientific research center present on the market for 60 years. Through the years, the company has build a strong reputation and they are currently looking for a Content manager to join their team.

Job Description

As Customer Data Officer, you will have the following tasks :


  • Implement CRM processes and manage the activity to guarantee an irreproachable quality of service
  • Optimising the customer lifecycle with major challenges for the development : onboarding, loyalty and reactivation
  • Contact with different department on improving database and marketing strategies
  • Data management : managing customer data-related processes and be the gatekeeper to ensure high level data quality
  • Development, implement and lead innovations for the expansion of the database
  • Measure the performance of the database and identify new opportunities
  • Manage the access for each user and resolve eventual problems

The Successful Applicant

As Customer Data Officer, you have the following profile :


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communication
  • You have a previous experience in a similar position
  • You have a passion for database and CRM
  • You have a good level in Excel
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • You are precise, organized, flexible and autonomous with a team spirit mindset
  • Perfect level of French and good knowledge of Dutch
