Customer Experience Manager

2022 is a critical year of the GSK Pharma BELUX. Various important launches, indication extensions and opportunities are planned next year. To be fully equipped and maximize the output of our brand plans, this new/extra role has been added to create the steepest growth curve for our priority brands by supporting the creation & development of key activities, based on clear Customer Journeys for the different key targets.

Your responsibilities:

As Customer Experience Manager you will:

• Be deployed agilely through sprint focused projects within the different Commercial Business Units. The sprints are identified based on the activities and customer journeys defined in the brand plan as well as opportunities popping up aiming to maximize the brand growth.
• Develop impactful customer journeys and related materials – based & in line with the customer needs – to maximize reach & impact of the actions defined in the brand plan.
• As part of each customer journey, develop different materials (VAE e-mails, mass e-mails, paper invites, digital awareness), websites (GSK pro) or other digital materials (such as podcast, video’s with EE’s) with the objective to maximize the strengthen the impact of your customer journey of your activities.
• Work closely with the Channel Deployment manager to use the appropriate GSK Supported tools
• Own a specific channel, and act towards other colleagues as expert & point of reference for that specific channel.
• Track performance of activities, customer journeys & respective channels

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Higher educational degree or similar in experience in Marketing, Communication, Economics or other specialty relevant to the job
• 3+ years’ experience in ethical pharmaceutical marketing/market access
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience
• Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution is an added value
