About Our Client

Our client is a very well-known brand, active in the FMCG sector. The offices are located in Anderlecht.

Job Description

You are the first point of contact for the customer regarding communication of severa sales, customer service and logistics related topics.

You
  • Be responsible for B2B client contact
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and be a true brand ambassador
  • You contribute to the achievement of the team’s objectives through your knowledge of the client and your relations with your clients or your internal relations.
  • Together with the KAMs, you are responsible for drafting and executing the clients’ negotiated business plans.
  • You contribute to the plans (innovation, assortment, promotion) for your customers in accordance with the commercial policy of the category and the company.
  • You develop promotion plans for your customers, following the promotion policy and plan of your category.
  • You manage the volumes and prices of the promotion plan
  • You are responsible for the creation of the specific assortment of your customers (displays, repack, etc.)
The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Customer Management Assistant
  • is fluent in Dutch & French
  • has a prior experience in client contact (B2C or B2B)
  • is well-organised and resilient
  • works very client oriented
  • is a true team player
