Our client is an international leader active in FMCG with office in Brussels.

Job Description

As Customer Service - Order Management (Dutch & French) your main responsibilities will include:

  • order management process from A-Z, order to cash
  • optimising order patterns and delivery processes
  • develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as demand planning, warehouse, supply planning, sales and field department
  • KPI management for customers including stock forecast
  • analysis of sales results in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Customer Service - Order Management (Dutch & French) has the following competencies:

  • Very strong level of Dutch and French, and at least a good level of English is required
  • Higher degree in Supply Chain oriented education and/or experience in similar role
  • Good level of Excel
  • Experience with SAP is a plus. Otherwise, being IT-literate is required.
  • strong, fluent communication skills, easy going and good level of speech
  • very customer oriented problem solver
  • strong analytic skills
  • proactive and hard working, ’what else can I do’ mindset
