Your new role
In this job you are responsible for Customer Service activities involving technical service specialist and engineers in the EMEA area. You manage their orders, transfer, sales, administration and ensure an efficient communication to the customers. Furthermore, you are daily in communication with warehouse about special requirements of shipments. You will also manage complex tender orders. You accurately update all the data in the ERP (SAP) system. In short, you take all the necessary actions to resolve any customer claim and issue. Finally, you will be anoverall support of sales representatives and country managers.
Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in English. You can combine both communication and administration. You are a positive-minded person that likes to work in an international environment and who can work independent and accurate. Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. Finally, you are eager to learn, customer friendly and enjoy working as a part of a team.
