This market aligned role is created as part of the CSC hybrid model, where together with the central European Customer Service Team (Poznan, Poland), they will be working closely with key local internal and external stakeholders ensuring delivery of market commercial pharmaceuticals, vaccines and ViiV Healthcare business objectives and regional supply chain targets.

The purpose of the job is to ensure that there is strong collaboration between the local market operations and regional supply chain organisation.

These Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following

  • Act as supply chain business partner to local market stakeholders supporting delivery of business objectives and regional supply chain targets
  • Collaborate closely with regional supply planning organisation to understand current and future supply situation of local market, as well as participate in regional Supply Chain Issue Management meetings when needed
  • Ensure continuity of supply to patients by proactively managing supply constraints with local and external stakeholders, leading meetings with local commercial, quality, regulatory and finance colleagues.
  • Work closely with Demand Forecasting Manager in order to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock write offs and ensure market buying trends reflect future forecasts accurately.
  • Act as a link between Market and Regional Customer Service Team to make sure that services provided from the Regional Team meet local business and 1st trade customers’ expectations
  • Be responsible for managing Order to Cash in-market service providers and drive cost-to-serve optimization initiatives with external 1st trade customers and key local stakeholders
  • Act as the supply chain lead for local projects related to portfolio changes including new product launches, discontinuations, divestments, list price changes
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position (e.g supply/demand planning, warehousing or customer service
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of APO/SAP systems or similar
  • Experience working with commercial sales and marketing teams particularly in a pharma or other highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Effective communications skills, both written and oral, coupled with the ability to tailor to a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholder groups (up to VP level)
  • High levels of personal energy and self-motivator with an ability to energise others
  • A focus on output, content, and delivery
  • You are inquisitive and have a passion for delivering performance
