**About the job**
Do you have a passion for solving problems from a data perspective? Do you envision a business journey through data solutions with empathy to bring true value, efficiency, and trust? Then we need you in our Data Solutions team based in our office.
As a Data Analyst, you will rely on data-centered principles to craft data experiences from concept to execution. You will collaborate with your colleagues to build innovative, inspiring data solutions. We will give you the opportunity to take the initiative and apply your unique experience in our projects. You will support the team with project planning for tasks that are technology driven.
**Required qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics).
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects, your direct contributions, and well-articulated data decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of Denodo, Qliksense and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Excellent usage of Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred qualifications:**
• Experience collaborating with a team of Analysts, Engineers, and Business Solution Managers throughout the data process; creating user flows, wireframes, and building interactive prototypes.
• Willingness to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience analyzing across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Data Systems.
• Ability to lead and ideate data products from scratch and improve features with a data-centered design process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations.
• Good communicator and team player
**Key responsibilities:**
• Consulting with clients to understand their goals and explaining research results.
• Conducting usability testing.
• Capturing business data and insights requirements and translating them into a backlog for our data analytics development team.
• Creating interactive clickable prototypes.
• Articulating and communicating data decisions.
• Analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience.
