工作内容

We are currently recruiting a temporary data entry support who can support the company until the end of 2021. Your mission consists of a correct and precise entry of several product and contact details which the marketing team gathered during international fairs. You will be part of the marketing team and make sure all data is properly entered in the software system. Your tasks:

  • Supporting the international Marketing department with the input of their data (e.g. Client information)
  • Ensuring all data is verified and accurate
  • Following up on any discrepancies, looking up additional information where needed
  • Ensuring a correct use of our database system

  • A structured and accurate person with strong Excel and Word skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Fluent in English + fluent in one of the following languages (Dutch, French, German, Romanian, Hungarian, Polish or Czech/Slovak)
  • Available as soon as possible until the end of 2021

  • You will be part of a motivated and stimulating environment and you will be able to join a young international office
  • You will be hired for a period of +/- 3-4 months
