工作内容

We are currently looking for a delivery Lead in Financial Services for our office in Brussels.
You take over delivery and team responsibility in various transformation projects in banks and financial institutions. Bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to plan, deliver and execute of one or more Technology projects and programs for Accenture or its clients.
Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.
May manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and /or country.

Previous experience as lead, coordinator, project manager in a consultancy company
Strong affinity with delivery
Experience in FS related industry (banking, capital market, insurance...) is a strong asset
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (managerial position)
Experience with process management & framework is a big plus (Agile)
Excellent communicative skills in English, good command of French or Dutch
