Role: Demand Planning Manager EMEA Location: Zaventem, Belgium or Manchester, UK Working: Office based with flexibility

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our EMEA planning team, in this role you will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and ultimately consolidating regional demand forecasts to ensure an effective and predictable Sales & Operations (S&OP) process

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Leads demand management activities for each monthly S&OP cycle
    • Coordinates development of product forecasts by region over short/medium/long term planning horizon
    • Review forecasts in conjunction with Sales Ops., Distributors, and CRM tools
    • Develops the monthly KPI package and drives improvements related to demand management
    • Partner with Finance to perform the monthly Financial Forecasting submission
    • Identifies risks and opportunities and develops scenario plans to optimise results
  • Ownership of Monthly Regional Demand Reviews
    • Supports preparation and facilitation of Regional Demand Reviews and other associated S&OP meetings including Executive S&OP meetings
    • Works with management team to identify and resolve issues in support of S&OP
  • Support Implementation & Process Improvement
    • Support the ongoing process improvement of S&OP process with focus on demand
    • Drive organisational adoption of the S&OP process through education & coaching
    • Form and lead cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Product/R&D, Finance, Sales to continually enhance demand plans and forecast accuracy
What we’re looking for:
  • Prior experience in Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning within an international environment working with complex products
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple internal functions, and where applicable, external strategic business partners
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including statistical analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of S&OP systems and processes, Oracle ERP and Kinaxis RR Planning software a plus
  • Experience implementing new business processes and driving organisational change
  • Fluent in English, any additional languages are a benefit
