About our role:
Our client is an international FMCG player, looking for a talented and driven individual to join their team as Digital Commerce Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the digital commerce strategy for renowned brands throughout the BeNeFraLux to increase brand visibility, digital sales and loyalty.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a complex and diverse ecosystem of stakeholders, and make a real impact on the market position and profitability of the brands across countries, as well as on the digital maturity of the company. What you will be doing:
Responsible for defining & monitoring the digital commerce strategy for various brands within the BeNeFraLux region and follow up on implementation

Focus on building the local brand equity of the brands through digital benefiting conversion and loyalty as an end-goal

Be the lead of the digital center of experts team, supporting the team in their digital activities & embedding digital within their omni-channel brand plan while driving consistency, efficiency and effectivity across brand portfolio

Contribute to and installing the digital mindset & skillset while sharing insights & best practises across teams

Build & lead a team of 3-4 people, reporting to the BU Director

What you bring:
6 to 10 years of relevant experience within the digital sales & marketing field

Experience within international business context is a must

Experience within FMCG & working with (r)etailers is a must, experience in non-food, marketplaces and/or D2C is a plus

Strategic, consumer oriented profile with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset

Strong leadership skills to manage the digital CoE

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

You speak fluent Dutch & English. French is a plus.
