Your job as Digital Marketeer will be as follows:

  • You monitor the market and advise on the impact of digital innovations.
  • You develop marketing campaigns and launch them through the right channels.
  • You help organize trade fairs from A to Z.
  • You have a fluent pen and a creative mind to post LinkedIn posts on our company page, write blogs, etc.
  • You keep our company website up to date.
  • With the sales team, you work out new and innovative sales actions.
  • You are responsible for managing Search Engine Advertising in Google. You determine the strategy for google ads, monitor the budgets and report on the results. You test, analyze and evaluate performance and profit. You follow up on innovations and implement them where possible.
  • You define and manage our SEO policy. You analyze and optimize the performance of organic rankings. You provide the necessary texts on specific themes, trends and keywords.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor (digital) marketing or followed a similar course.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, affinity with the IT sector is a great asset.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display advertising, Google Analytics, GTM, SEO and Social Media advertising is a plus.
  • You are Dutch speaking with a good knowledge of English.
  • You are aware of the latest trends within your domain and bring innovative ideas from the market that are applicable.
  • You have a high degree of independence and initiative. You will have the opportunity to make strategic decisions and lead projects from start to finish, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to achieve our digital marketing objectives.

We would like to welcome you to our office in Stekene (Waasland). There is the possibility of working from home (1 or 2 days/week). Your daily schedule is entirely up to you. Of course, this depends entirely on your schedule. We organize a daily call of no more than 30 minutes so that you can find out what is on your and your colleagues’ minds today. This is the ideal time to discuss open issues and ask questions to your colleagues. Convenient, right?
