Rombit is a fast growing IoT company focussing on connecting humans and machines. Our plug-and-play IoT solutions enable our customers to substantially improve worker safety compliance, performance of material handling equipment, efficiency of their operations and the physical security on their site. We’re here to save lives.

In our Antwerp office, we are looking for a creative, impact-driven digital marketer to join the headquarter team to help us acquire new customers globally. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to set-up and optimize digital (paid) marketing channels and help build the sales funnel. This role is key to the growth of the business and to Rombit’s success.

Your responsibilities

    Acquire leads and qualified prospects through digital channels, nurture these leads through CRM or other automation tools, and be directly responsible for helping the company meet its growth goals
    Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline
    Be a business owner for your channels: creation, planning and execution of social media content. Managing budgets and forecasts, measuring performance, and optimizing for results.
    Support new areas of growth for the company by launching inbound campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries
    Increase our market awareness by providing input on the SEO & SEA strategy and coordinating the content creation

Our requirements

    2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role
    Strong communication and project management skills
    Excellent analytical skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
    An understanding of business metrics and an ability to optimize for them
    Experience with design tools like Figma, Canva, ..
