To help develop our activities, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for the good execution of the digital campaigns launched to attract our B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities & duties

As Digital Marketing Assistant, your role will be varied:

• Preparation of digital campaigns to promote BeCode training programs organized for job seekers in our 5 campuses all around Belgium
• A/B Testing of visuals & audiences to improve the campaigns’ performances
• Making of marketing content (visuals & videos) to be used in digital campaigns
• Follow-up of campaigns performances
• Give feedback and align on the national digital strategy with the Digital Manager

Are you the new team member that we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic new team member driven by our social mission. On top, our new colleague should:

• Have first experience(s) in digital marketing
• Be at ease with the social networks advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)
• Have very good knowledge of the Google Ads platform
• Have excellent written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Be at ease with content creation technology (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) and with digital tools in general
• If you are also nerdy and know something about tech, that’s nice !

And above all, you want to help other people to (re)launch their career !
