For our Brussels based client we are looking for a junior digital marketing manager to reinforce their team, someone with a heart for content creation and social media!

The role:

  • You develop a long term content strategy for the different brands (with the target group in mind) with a monthly content calendar. You set up social media campaigns, create audiences and track engagement and conversion
  • You monitor all the digital marketing campaigns for the BeNeFra, analyze the results, and suggest corrective actions
  • You are responsible for the daily maintenance / update of the content of the various websites
  • You will learn to be creative with the challenge of reaching different international markets
  • You will be the creative producer of content for our different social media channels
  • You will help to maintain contact with the existing influencers and give inspiration to find new potential collaborations
  • You will be the community manager and be responsible for the follow-up of questions and relay of information

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor degree in marketing (specialization: social media)
  • You have just graduated or have a first work experience
  • You speak Dutch, French and English perfectly
  • You are trained in SEO, SEA, Google analytics and Meta analytics
  • You can handle Adobe Creative Suite and CMS systems
  • You have experience in Photoshop and/or InDesign
  • You are creative, but also analytical
  • You have a growth mindset (you can handle the challenges and changes that come with a growing company) and are flexible
  • You keep track of the latest marketing developments and want to learn more about it
  • Affinity with e-commerce is a plus!
  • Freelancers are an option!
