At Winamp , we are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join us as our Digital Marketing Manager .
Your Responsibilities:
- Roll out Winamp’s player & marketplace marketing strategy, including allocating resources aligned with other marketing pillars: Winamp for Creators and Winamp’s brand identity.
- Support Winamp player’s brand awareness for the Winamp listeners & fans community (B2C), with consistency with Winamp for Creators marketing team.
- Coordinate international market research activities to track player & marketplace competitors.
- Work with senior leadership to continuously refine Winamp’s messaging and positioning in the market.
- Participate to the definition & implemention of the communication strategy & plan at global level
- Define and document listener & fan segments, personaes and journeys, and identify actions to remove friction points and increase conversion rate.
- Participate to the development and execution of digital strategies including website development, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Drive quality leads through paid advertising, content, events and other initiatives.
- Manage listener & fan social communities on most popular medias such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord…
- Support the revenue team with enablement materials as well as the right metrics
- Education in Digital Marketing or in Communication.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- You have 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- You are an excellent communicator and can easily adapt a marketing strategy to different audiences (B2C - Winamp player users)
- Experience with implementing and running digital strategies (e.g. platform development, SEO, PPC, and social media).
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty and individually contributing.
- You are able to connect marketing activities to revenue results.
- Experience in the music world will be huge bonus points.
- Experience in a business-model platform and/or a scale-up is a plus.
- You speak English fluently, ideally French, possibly Spanish and any other language being a plus.
