Managed Services is the operational execution engine of PwC Advisory and our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues of the other PwC Advisory teams to develop, deploy and run operational solutions combining best experience, best methodologies and best technologies. Our team turns ideas and insights into actions and results and gets things done.

What you’ll learn and do

You will be part of a team supporting our customers in their transition towards digital sales and allowing them to benefit from the growing importance of e-commerce.

As a digital marketing officer, your role is to support the marketing team of this project to optimally position the new sales platform in the market. You will work closely with internal and external project managers on a daily basis and carry a wide range of responsibilities. You will determine the optimal marketing strategy, take appropriate actions to implement it, and always seek to improve your activities.

As part of the PwC community, you will also have to focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement in order to create an uninterrupted value stream that always feeds the needs. You will provide high-quality services and continuously look for improvements in your daily tasks.

You will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities.

Digital marketing activities:

  • Establish a long-term marketing strategy in order to systematically onboard customers on the platform.

  • Determine the optimal keywords for the new platform in Google. Identify the most appropriate keywords and how to implement them in the solution.

  • Ensure best practice Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Advertising.

  • Create and manage social media listings to create awareness around the platform.

  • Research the effectiveness and quality of other online marketing tools (such as Google Ads) to target customers cost-efficiently.

  • Follow-up the results of the marketing efforts and change the strategy and activities accordingly.

  • Create and update important marketing documentation, e.g. brochure, promotion video, social media content, etc.

  • Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the project team to improve the approach.

Always looking for continuous improvement:

  • Help to improve process and organisation

  • Discuss possibilities with the team leader and other team members to implement new solutions

  • Participate in internal or external projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing efficiency in daily operations

Supporting the project management:

  • Consolidate all important files (minutes, contracts, deliverables, invoicing, etc.)

  • Support communication between various stakeholders

  • Coordinate internal and client meetings and draft meeting minutes

  • Act as the right-hand of the project/programme manager and help him/her with any ad hocactivities

  • Create and update the customer support playbook to build a consistent way of working

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience

  • Interest in web-based technologies

  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch (both written and spoken)

  • Keen to help PwC clients have the best possible customer journey

  • Curious, keen to learn and develop your knowledge and skills

  • Interested in hands-on experience

  • Client-oriented and solutions-oriented

  • Multi-tasker (achieving maximum time efficiency)

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communicator (also via phone and email)
