Eastpak EMEAis looking for an exceptional Digital Marketplace Specialist (1 year temp. contract)to join our Digital Salesteam based in Antwerp, Belgium.

As a Digital Marketplace Specialist,you will support the team in a wide variety of functions including client service and support, content services, and stakeholder management.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

• Supporting the product onboarding and catalogue management. You will maintain the digital catalogue for clients on their platforms including item set up, product updates, and troubleshooting for errors. You will work on Amazon, Otto, Bol, Pattern and Zalando WHL`s digital platforms.
• Supporting On-site Product Merchandisingby delivering the content needed from the platform and our copywriters in the execution of content production and optimization such as: maintaining the Brand Store, updating landing pages per seasonal priorities, add and manage product descriptions
• Supporting order book management
• Providing operational support by liaising the customers and different internal stakeholders like finance and operations

Skills for Success

• A formal university education in economics or marketing is nice to have, but we are most interested in your passion for the job, total experience, and professional achievements
• You should be a team player that operate with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work proficiently with excel
• You`re performance driven and detail oriented
• Capability to work in fast-paced workplace and the ability to creating strong internal and external working relationships
• SAP and Cognos knowledge is a plus
