What You Become a Part Of -You will define the strategic priorities and the vision for Customer Service and Supply Chain Learning.This role will lead and deliver the strategy through working closely with the CSSC LT functional leaders; BU Supply Chain Teams , L&D Supply Chain, Talent and Learning and the broader People and Culture community.What You Will Do –
  • L&D Service Model
  • Setting and delivering the organisation’s CS and SC L&D Strategy
  • in-year and multi-year strategic plan across all Business Units, i.e. Pan-CCEP
  • content forecast aligned to CSSC agenda/strategy
  • budget creation, forecasting, tracking and allocation aligned with BU’s needs
  • Deliver a L&D Service Model to BU’s and Supply Chain teams
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • assessment of emerging/training needs
  • x-market comparison of needs/maturity analysis
  • Design and Development
  • Training Delivery
  • consistency within a framework through centralised delivery guidance with options for central/local rollout
  • Measurement and Evaluation
  • Deliver Foundations for Future SC and CS Capabilities
  • Deliver CSSC technical skills framework and long range plan needed in a Fit for Purpose CCEP L&D curriculum
  • Meet the needed technical capability requirements
  • Instil a learning culture
  • Identify/assess CSSC team training needs analysis
  • Deliver assessments for groups/individuals against technical competency/capabilities
  • Re-enforce the CCEP Way for the delivery of the CSSC function
  • Implement a Fit for Purpose Dynamic Structure at Group throughout the organisation to deliver:
  • Standardised approach to allocation of L&D resources/funding
  • Consistent approach to delivery of L&D resources and funding
  • Facilitate inter-market people/capability movement - pollination of capability
  • Delivering a Customer Service & Supply Chain Capability Learning Culture – Skills/Culture

Job ActivitiesLeadership
  • Communicate and be involved in CSSC LT/lead curriculum strategy with teams
  • Connect with peers aligning activity, content and direction
  • Organise/lead CSSC L&D Team Leadership meetings
L&D Strategy/ABP
  • Align, design and deliver the L&D CSSC strategy, agenda and operating model across the Central and BU functions
  • Manage and steer the timelines of the plan
  • Agree the activity and monitor the Instructional Design plan ensuring it meets our needs
  • Full involvement and shaping the direction of L&D accessibility strategy
Team, Structure, Development
  • Allocate resource, shape and evolve structure of the team to ensure it is constructed to meet the needs of the business
  • Objectives, review performance, feedback – ongoing
Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate with P & C VP’s, colleagues across Customer Service & Supply Chain and CSSC LT
  • Align, communicate and share with L&D SC, L&D Services and Leadership
  • Drive engagement across the team with routines, communication and involvement of projects
  • Ensure we have the right stakeholders on projects
  • Keep close to CSSC and BUs, travelling, market tours to hear direct feedback from customers
  • Travel as required across the BU’s being visual, meeting key CSSC and HR stakeholders, gathering needs, identifying opportunities and marketing our plan
Projects/L&D Expertise
  • Identify opportunities for simplification – mainly processes and ownership
  • Connect and seek opportunities to develop and implement L&D ideas adding value
  • Connect with external L&D contacts, keeping close to L&D direction including accessing information via forums, bodies and sites which can benefit the business
  • Be a part and shape the accountability at initial scoping meetings of projects
  • Involvement in learning technology solutions across CCEP
  • Sign off content/approach for learning design and content
  • Evaluate specific areas of deployment sometimes in conjunction with overall project review
Budget
  • Manage the CSSC learning budget
  • Align, communicate and share with L&D SC, L&D Services and Leadership

What We Expect From You –
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Have a broad understanding of Learning and Development
  • Experience of working in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Learning
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation; track record of successfully collaborating cross-functionally
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills
