Job Title: Director, Cyber Training & Education

Overview

Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) team is responsible for innovation, development and management of our world class products and services to address evolving risk and security needs and lead multi-product commercialization initiatives for all of Mastercard’s global customers.

As part of this organization, the Cyber Threat Intelligence team is responsible for developing and managing the cybersecurity related products and services Mastercard offers customers across all related stakeholders including, consumers, issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants.

What We Are Looking For

Mastercard is looking to create a more proactive approach to increase the cybersecurity of our customers. To that end we are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in becoming part of something new.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, manage and evaluate academic and sector specific advanced degree courses and educational training programs from conception to evaluation that meet professional accreditation requirements.
• Provide leadership, program coordination and related services in the field of cybersecurity education/training functions.
• Evaluate and prepare recommendations for ongoing and proposed cyber programs by developing and maintaining relationships with academia, government organizations and industry to determine future cyber practitioners’ programming needs.
• Plan and/or coordinate marketing materials for educational programs and services.
• Develop methods to assess participant satisfaction and/or progress by the creation and tracking of KPI’s and metrics.
  

All About You

• Considered an expert in cyber education, programming, and delivery with extensive experience in building and partnering with academic institutions.
• An MSc in Cybersecurity or other closely related field preferred.
• Experience in the creation and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops, and customized programming for relevant stakeholders, an asset.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient understanding of existing and emerging cyber security threats and mitigation techniques.
• Experience working with cross functional teams to get projects executed
