The Team
A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is one of the leading financial due diligence practices globally, with a strong presence in the Benelux region. The Belgium TAG team specializes in delivering complex financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, corporates, and financial institutions. The team operates as part of a pan-European network, providing integrated and cross-border solutions to clients.
This role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, free from audit conflicts, and gain exposure to high-profile transactions across various industries.
How you will contribute
- Lead and deliver complex financial due diligence engagements, working closely with Managing Directors.
- Gain broad industry exposure, working with large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
- Provide commercial insights and valuation considerations that drive transactions.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to enhance your understanding of the broader due diligence process.
- Develop relationships with clients and build your external network.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth.
- Internally network with other A&M service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level experience in financial due diligence (Transaction Services), with exposure to private equity and/or blue-chip corporates.
- Training and experience in Transaction Advisory at a Big Four firm.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
