Dryer media project and plant coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• It is your challenge as dryer media project and plant coordinator to establish and to maintain the project status overview whilst defining the bottlenecks and associated risks and adjusting priorities if necessary.
• You align with the different project leaders and technology experts and merge all information into a cohesive activity plan that allows to meet the milestones on the product roadmaps.
• Periodic status reporting within the team and acting accordingly will make sure that the company remain on track.
• In addition to that, you govern and extend the required infrastructure and utilities on-site to serve this purpose. As sustainability and safety are main drivers in the operational excellence, you will collaborate closely with the dryer media process engineer to conceptualize and implement initiatives on the production floor taking this attitude to heart.
• In this job position, you report to the dryer media taskforce leader.

PROFILE

• You have a master in engineering or equivalent due to former job positions.
• You have minimal 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, mainly focusing on project management in operations.
• Experience or a strong affinity with chemical processes is a valuable asset.
• You have professional knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
• Handiness with Microsoft Office is evident, whilst receiving bonus points for good commands of MS Projects.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset;
• You can do a hands-on approach;
• You are an independent and responsible worker;
• You have a strong analytics for project planning and operational optimization;
• You are a critical thinker with eagerness for an open dialogue;
• You have transparent interpersonal communication skills;
• You have an eye for different character profiles within your team;
• You are flexibel to adjust to your target audience;
• You are loyal to team purpose;
• You have a high value on moral integrity and reliable work ethics.
