A creative, lead generation-focused B2B Marketing Manager to drive EMEA business growth of a global technology innovator (part of a Fortune 500) that touches 90% of the world’s retail products and provides outstanding career development, stimulating challenges, and a diverse, team-centric environment.The Opportunity
Working in Esko, a world-leading Danaher company, the Marketing Manager impacts EMEA business growth via digital marketing campaigns that inform, educate, and inspire prospects to discover our innovative award-winning solutions.
Working remotely anywhere in Western Europe, the Marketing Manager collaborates widely with global & local country marketing, product management, product marketing, sales, and customer success to create and deploy extraordinary lead generation campaigns.
The position carries visibility, influence, and impact. As well as owning lead creation and the marketing funnel across the region, you’ll develop a team of 3x SDRs that qualify leads and run outbound customer acquisition campaigns, enhance collateral, share insights and ideas, and analyze industry trends.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree and broad B2B marketing experience (ideally in a technology/SaaS start-up environment). Creative, strategic, and hands-on
- Specialist in lead generation & customer acquisition, digital marketing, CRM, and automation. Loves developing and trying highly innovative approaches
- Proficient English. Proactive, analytical, and strong planning & organizational skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment
- Passionate about customers and technology. Great at understanding business needs and translating analysis and insights into meaningful plans
- Prior software, graphical, or packaging industry exposure is useful, but a keenness to learn and immerse yourself in the company’s solutions is most critical
