Then free up your agenda ???? from Monday the 31st of July 2023.ResponsibilitiesWhat will this internship look like?As an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for attracting the new generation, building our internal interns community, managing our social media accounts and becoming a PepsiCo ambassador, join us at campus fairs.What will you do?
  • Make a difference together with your future manager in our 2 biggest campus projects (First Gen and Dare To Do More): How to attract Gen Z? How to make the recruitment, the pre-boarding and the onboarding at PepsiCo the best experience?
  • Act as a real matchmaker between a candidate and their possible future career within PepsiCo. You can’t wait to convince them of a PepsiCo job!
  • Elevate PepsiCo’s Employer Brand across internal and external platforms. You will help showcase what makes PepsiCo unique, through the lens and voice of our employees, in a differentiating and inspiring way. No worries, you are not alone in this, you will work closely together with our fantastic Communications team ????.
QualificationsWho are you?
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • By letting your creative mind run, converting your ideas into eye-catching social media content is effortless for you.
  • You are enthusiastic about managing different projects: from content creation to recruiting top talent.
  • You are a personable, high-energy and go-getter individual that is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, proactive and innovative organization.
