Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Recent knowledge and experience with administrating and upgrading the entire range of McAfee products (Firewall, DLP, drive encryption, threat preventions, application control…) on windows end user devices and servers in a complex IT environment.
Duties/role:
  • Performing regular upgrades on multiple networks for the entire range of McAfee products (Firewall, DLP, drive encryption, threat preventions, application control…) on windows end user devices and servers and troubleshooting issues related to these product upgrades;
  • Working with other IT administrators to troubleshoot problems to identify if the McAfee products are causing the problems;
  • Creating/updating standard operating procedures and document configuration of McAfee products.
