Job Description


TheESG Performance Projects Manager is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely reporting of select ESG KPIs within the Eurofins Group towards internal and external stakeholders, analysing the reported data, and providing local scopes with benchmarks, best practices and guidance for improvement.

More specifically, responsibilities will, amongst others, cover:

  • Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely reporting of the Eurofins Group ESG KPI to the various stakeholders:
    • Controlling and continuously improving data collection and reporting templates and processes
    • Organising structured data collection via the Operational Reporting Team
    • Ensuring compliance of ESG KPI Reporting with corporate policies and procedures
    • Controlling reporting processes to ensure correct and timely reporting
    • Providing external ESG reporting data to Corporate EESG team in time and with high accuracy
    • Providing internal ESG reporting framework to OR team
  • Aligning the ESG reporting plan with the Group Sustainability Executive Committee to ensure efficient, timely and accurate reporting of required ESG data, including introduction of new KPI as the report evolves
  • Developing and updating landscape and benchmarking studies on corporate sustainability programmes, goals, disclosures, performance, and rankings internally and externally
  • Creating Group-wide ESG guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related programme content to support the local scopes on their way to best practice
  • Reviewing and proposing updates to corporate policies governing ESG Reporting
  • Supporting the drafting of narrative content for sustainability reports, trend reports, and other communications
  • Supporting other Performance Management Initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the field of ESG strategy and non-financial reporting frameworks
  • Education: Scientific or business degree from a top university
  • Languages: Excellent English, oral and written, is a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.
  • Personal skills:
    • Solid analytical skills with the ability to draw up quantitative and qualitative analyses from large datasets
    • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills)
    • Strong problem-solver with "can-do" mentality
    • Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products, expert Excel Knowledge, powerBI, SQL.
