In the role of EDN Country Support Specialist, you are responsible to pro-actively manage the relationships with one or more EMEA countries within the distribution network to support end-to-end supply chain processes resulting in excellent customer experience and maintaining a compliant way of working.

Within our dynamic and motivated team, we collaborate end-to-end across the operational outbound distribution processes of Janssen products in the EMEA region from manufacturing to central hubs, worldwide distribution centers and the end-customer.

These relationships are managed trough:

  • Organizing performance review meetings where metrics are reviewed to identify improvement opportunities
  • Supporting base business in- & outbound processes in prioritization by collaborating across the network (Customer Service, Affiliate Supply, Quality, Operations, …).
  • Supporting and leading various projects with multi-functional teams

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering or equivalent University degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience is required. Supply Chain related field with proven experience in logistics, customer service or planning is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is required. Other languages are preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Ex. SAP) is a plus.
