What the program is about:

It aims at selecting high potentials to develop future Sappi leaders. It consists of:

  • Full-time 2-year rotation program to develop yourself and test your leadership potential.
  • Multi-disciplinary assignments (Manufacturing, Innovation, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, …), getting the chance to choose the one you are most interested in).
  • Responsibilities from day 1 to contribute to Sappi business priorities and projects.
  • On-the-job training, face-to-face workshops, and a wide range of online learning courses will support your continuous learning and development.
  • Living and working experience in our main European locations (AU, BE, NL, GE, FI, IT) and sales offices.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (different disciplines welcomed); MBA/Ph.D. is considered a plus.
  • Max 2 years of work experience.
  • International experience (education and/or work) is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English and minimum one or more other European languages (German, Dutch, or Italian).
  • You enjoy working with people and have a talent for leadership.
  • You like working with numbers, you are analytical and results-driven.
  • You adapt quickly, you take the initiative for self-improvement, and look for challenges.
  • You like to travel and work abroad (Europe).
