The job of Event Producer is being responsible for the production and delivery/animation of a series of diversified team building events in Belgium & Luxemburg.



YOUR MISSION

The event producer is the one taking the lead on a team building project, from the moment it is sold to a customer, until the event has taken place.

He/she:

  • receives the details of the project and activities that were sold to a customer by one of our account managers
  • organizes the production:
    • prepares event (recco, teams, logistics…) and event documentation
    • prepares event material listing and specifics
    • manages potential suppliers for the event
    • selects the event team, organizes them and coordinate the communication with the event team
    • is the link between the account manager and the customer with regards to coordinating the details of a team building activity (teams, timings, details)
  • leads the delivery of some team building activities:
    • leads the delivery of some team building events on the field
    • leads the team of animators during the team building
    • is the contact person of the customer during the team building
    • manages the closing of the event
  • leads the dismantling of the event material
  • leads the safe return of the materials to the logistics center
  • closes the event administration
    • is a member of the production teams, reports to the production director
    • participates to taskforces linked to our catalogue of activities, maintenance of material and innovation taskforces

SKILLS

  • You are dynamic, open minded & eager to learn
  • You are structured and rigorous, you like when things are very well organized
  • You are a good communicator
  • You are stress resistant and can improvise when something unexpected occurs
  • You have a passion for active leisure
  • You are fluent in FR/NL/ENG
  • You have a Belgian drivers license – License C is a plus

JOB LOCATION

Job mainly based in Waterloo and all over Belgium where our team building events can take place.
