INTRASOFT International,a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional to cover the following opening:

Event Specialist

You will...

Be responsible for the management of participants, their transport and accommodation,
production of communication material,
organisation of interpretation and translation services, secretarial and hosting services,
management of venues, management of all aspects related to the assembly and dismantling of stands,
coordination of graphic design and production of all the visuals related to the event,
promotion and follow-up of the event

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have...

At least five years of experience in the management of all aspects related to the organisation of events
Creating and managing our events calendar.
Degree in hospitality, public relations, or marketing.
Strong technical knowledge.
Strong organizational skills.
Project management experience.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Native-level or equivalent English knowledge (at least C2 according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
