BENEOis part of the German Südzucker Group, the largest sugar producer in Europe. For the Member of the Board responsible for the commercial activities based in Tienen, we are looking for an:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in team with the board member to provide high quality, confidential secretarial and administrative support. Your most important tasks are:Represent indirectly the board member and be a role model in general
  • Organize the agenda and provide an optimal planning
  • Coordinate meetings: set up timeline, distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, write meeting minutes,…
  • Prepare documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Arrange frequent travels
  • Maintain an efficient data management system, to ensure all information is up-to-date and stored correctly
  • Carry out specific projects to optimally support the Member of the Board

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or several years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, knowledge of German and/or Dutch is an advantage
  • Strong and diplomatic communication skills dealing with different cultures
  • Highly organized team player with good attention to detail
  • Being able to travel 2-4 times a year for 2-3 days to assist the Board Member at meetings in Europe, Asia and the America’s
