Role: Experienced Scrum Masters

Location:Melle (Brusselsesteenweg 199, 9090 Melle, Belgium)

Duration:1 Year+ contract (Open for both Employment contract and B2B contract)

Language requirement:Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2.

Job Description

  • As a Scrum master within Fluvius, you are the person who takes teams in tow for a smooth SCRUM operation, you support the self-management of the teams by using the Agile method. You have a positive influence on mutual trust and give feedback in a positive way, with the aim of being able to anticipate customer demand even better.
  • Organizing, facilitating and coaching the SCRUM (e.g. sprint and release planning, review meetings, retrospectives, stand-up meetings).
  • Ensure that the sprint review meeting is completed as a demo of Product Owner and team to the stakeholders and the moment to capture feedback and stimulate learning at product level.
  • Ensuring that business is part of the team and forms the bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
  • Stimulating a positive team climate and a relationship of trust between the team members, i.e. putting the scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness and respect) into action.
  • Coaching the team and removing obstacles that may hinder the goals.
  • Ensuring that the team’s productivity grows. (continuous improvement)

Organize mob programming sessions In addition, in your role as Scrum master, you will help to further propagate the agile mindset by, among other things:

  • actively contributing to the Scrum Master Guild - onboarding and guiding new scrum masters in their role
  • sharing and documenting good practices regarding Agile in Fluvius
