Your mission

  • Collaborate daily with the Finance Manager and Specialist.
  • Receive, check and confirm sales orders.
  • Analyse the revenue.
  • Investigate and resolve foreign exchange variances.
  • Control client’s subscriptions.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the customer database.
  • Send client invoices and reminders by e-mail.
  • Receive supplier invoices, allocate them for the monthly closure, and prepare them for payment.
  • Manage the bank reconciliation.
  • Draft, implement and automate processes.
  • Assist our CEO and other teams on multiple projects (database, online content, etc.).
  • Help to maintain performance measures that support the company’s strategic decisions.
  • Be part of a big ERP implementation project.


Requirements

  • You are fluent in English & French - both are necessary to deal with our clients.
  • You don’t have specifically advanced finance knowledge but you are comfortable with figures and you are looking for a first experience in Finance, Accounting and Administration.
  • You are able to take initiatives, prompt to ask questions when needed, and give high attention to details.
  • You are a never-ending learner: you are curious, hardworking, autonomous, and eager to learn.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and a structured mind.
  • You are not afraid to call clients or suppliers thanks to your strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You can start from December 2021 for 6 months.
  • Your university can provide an internship agreement.

We can only accept candidates with an EEA or Swiss citizenship or with a work permit valid in Belgium
