We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive. At LIZY, we’re making leasing a car as easy as ordering a sweater on Zalando.

LIZY is a well-funded startup (>€40m) with off-the-charts revenue growth (300% YoY) and an amazing team of 30+ A-players. We’re incredibly ambitious and our goal is to become the Revolut of car leasing.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Finance Manager with a lot of business sense who can bring our financial set-up to the next level and who is driven by challenging projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be leading numerous exciting, enriching and strategic finance projects and will be closely involved in topics such as fundraising, international expansion, digitalization, etc.

????Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant finance experience in a Big Four, consulting, corporate or high-growth environment.
• Strong business sense, analytical & communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular.
• Fully proficient in English, French and/or Dutch is a plus.

???? What you will do

• Lead challenging and strategic projects in finance and operations in close collaboration with the CFO and other departments.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, systems and tools and prepare business cases around these opportunities.
• Get exposure to the financial aspects of a young company and be directly involved in fundraising activities, international expansion, digital transformation and automation.
• Support in discussions and reporting to investors, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Be closely involved in budget and business plan preparation, scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Help define financial risks and shape concrete decisions and processes from scratch.
• Learn scale-up best practices and operations in a fast-growing company.
