Finance Specialist

Your Mission:
Accounting
- Book bank statements
- Gather accounts receivable & payable invoices, and all accounting documents for monthly accounts closure (in hand with an external accountant
Cash management & Credit collection
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
- Follow up on client & supplier payments and optimize payment delays
- Legal & Financial Negotiation with bad payer or "difficult" supplier
- Optimize Client information update processes in order to improve client payment delays
- Manage the level of Cash on Optimy’s bank accounts, optimize bank fees and interests
Reporting & Forecasting
- Update Forecast & Financial dashboard
- Develop the analytical accounting, and enable an efficient reading of the accounts
- Review the financial forecasts and challenge
Controlling
- Design, implement and/or update Admin and Finance policies and internal procedure
- Check the real use of all expenses (tools, subscriptions, etc.) and challenge the choices of supplier
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
Your Profile:
- You have an educational background in one of those areas: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting.
- You have about 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles with the ability to manage the wide scope of financial topics
- You have outstanding organisational skills and you are detail oriented
- You are a fluent in French and English
- You are eager to grow quickly and develop new skills
