  • Education
  • Master’s degree in Finance/Economics or MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience


Freelance/Consultancy project until 31/12/2021


Our client is active in the pharmaceutical industry


  • Finance Business Support to the Benelux total company & Medical budget
  • Coordinate the overall portfolio budget and support actions to manage this budget within target in close

collaboration with other businesses

  • Participate to investment OPEX analysis/decisions for optimal use of resources

  • key finance processes
  • headcount reporting in close collaboration with the business process owner and

ensure actions to increase accuracy and improve efficiency

  • proactive management of the masterdata to ensure

alignment with business structure and ownership and drives the right accountability and visibility


  • Business Unite Finance compliance processes
  • Coordinate the placement of and adherence to key controls that are within responsibility of business owners

linked to OPEX and procurement and liaise with the regional compliance team on best practices and

optimizations


  • overarching Business Unit controlling processes
  • Product Contribution Statements: Collaborate to the allocation of OPEX to Brands/BUs and coordinate the Product

P&L ownership by providing reports and insights (in collaboration with other units)


  • Process optimization and projects

  • Take the lead on ad-hoc projects
  • Support Implementation projects
  • Support Quarter and Year end close activities
