Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Controllerfor a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the sustainable sector.

As Financial Controlleryou will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management of the Forecasting & Budgeting process: planning definition & follow-up, consolidation, control, analysis and reporting;
  • Monthly P&L reporting and dashboarding (KPI’s), variance/performance analysis and related recommendations;
  • Revenues & costs (OPEX & CAPEX) analysis;
  • Control and follow-up of operational activities and projects financials - connect the dots between Business and Finance;
  • Cost modeling sustaining Green Dot fees calculation;
  • Ad hoc deep dive analysis and reporting;
  • Financial advisory for company projects and business cases;
  • Financial processes and controls continuous improvement.

The required profile for the Financial Controllerposition:

  • Master degree in Economics/Finance or Economics-related;
  • 5 years of experience in controlling and/or business analysis;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Figures oriented, able to detect trends or anomalies in numbers;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Hands-on;
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset.
