Our WinPro Corporate software is an enterprise solution used in the windows and doors industry and by traditional dealers for selling, designing, producing and delivering windows. For our location in Gosselies, we are looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/o) who continues to conquer the global market with us and inspires our internal and external customers for our figures.

Your tasks:

• Provide business leaders (Manager BC, COO) analytical reports to prepare business decisions
• Responsible for local GAAP accounting (transactions A/R, AP, GL postings)
• Account reconciliation (month/ quarter/ year end check and control)
• Lead invoicing process for the BU
• Local cash flow management and liquidity with direct report to HQ in Germany
• Co-ordination of payroll (Belgium, NL, France, Spain, Poland)
• Contact to local external accounting firm
• Receivables management, including the preparation of individual value adjustments for the provision
• Interface between sales, customers, management and external service providers (auditors, lawyers, etc.)
• Preparation of the monthly statement (turnover) as well as various analyses and evaluations on request
• Management of customer and supplier maintenance and usage contracts, review of draft contracts if necessary
• Control and optimization of internal departmental processes
• Creation of " Adhoc" analyses and evaluations

YOur Profile:

• Commercial training (Accountant or industrial clerk, if applicable, also business studies)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable activity
• Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements according to Belgian GAAP
• IFRS reporting and related group experience
• Basic knowledge of contract law
• Experience in the use / handling of ERP systems
• Mastery of the relevant MS Office tools
• Very good written and spoken English language skills
• International experience advantageous
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Assertiveness and high degree of resilience
• Good communication skills
