Position overview :

• We are looking for an energetic and passionate fitness coach to join our team in an international, dynamic environment. You will guide, motivate, and support our members to help them achieve their fitness goals, while providing exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere where our members feel valued.

• This role requires bilingual proficiency in both French and English, with strong interpersonal skills to engage our global clientele.

Key responsibilities :

• Instruct group classes, personal training sessions, assessments, ensuring high standards of safety and effectiveness.

• Providing personalised fitness advice and guidance, crafting working plans and setting achievable fitness goals.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional, friendly and supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

• Work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of our international gym environment.

• Assist with gym maintenance and ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications and skills:

• Fluency in both French and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Educational background in Physical Education, Sport Science, or related field.

• Customer service experience, preferable in a fitness or wellness setting.

• Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer credentials are strongly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and inspire people from diverse backgrounds

• Flexible schedule with availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts

• Opening hours fitness : weekdays : 06:30-22:00 Weekends : 08:30-20:00
