Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Global Key User for UCB’s Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM)who is engaging, solution-oriented, and proactive to join us in our Public Policy & Legal Operations department based in our HQ, in Anderlecht, Belgium.

As the Global Key User, you will be a key member of our CLM implementation and support team and will be at the heart of deploying, optimizing, and supporting the CLM Platform at UCB. Your expertise and leadership will ensure its effective use across the organization, fostering user engagement and driving continuous improvement. You will be the primary interface between the project team and the end-users, managing and supporting the iDeal champions community, while identifying opportunities to enhance the system and ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with a diverse community of champions, end-users, technical teams, and business stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Procurement. Reporting to the CLM/iDeal Legal Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technical solutions with user needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the champions community, providing training, support, and engagement opportunities
  • Develop communication materials to promote system adoption and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance platform functionality to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the business
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials
  • Facilitate quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing for system updates
  • Report key metrics and adoption performance to measure system efficiency
  • Act as the primary liaison between the platform governance team, champions, technical teams, and a variety of stakeholders

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in an operations role, a legal operations role is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for digital tools and a willingness to learn new systems. Familiarity with data management is a plus
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Analytical mindset with data visualization and dashboard experience
  • Project management or change management experience is a plus
