About Our ClientOur client is an international leader in the high tech and gaming sector based in Liège.Job DescriptionAs Freelance Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be a part of the company’s Corporate & HR Legal Support team. You will provide legal support to the Board of Directors and the Finance and Human Resources departments. For instance regarding the following areas:



  • Corporate law as the team is in charge of the legal secretariat of the group’s companies (in Belgium as well as internationally);
  • Corporate Housekeeping and Corporate Governance;
  • M&A (acquisition and disposal of companies);
  • other areas such as tax files related to Corporate and HR matters (e.g., Transfer Pricing, ATN processing, etc.), various support agreements (service provisions, ordering of goods and products for the head offices, management), dispute management, etc.
The Successful ApplicantAs Freelance Corporate Legal Counsel, you:



  • Have a Master Degree in Law;
  • Have a strong experience in Corporate Law;
  • Are fluent in French and English;
  • Available from January 2023 to March 2023 included.
