Hi, do you see yourself ...
  • Providing leadership and direction to the Digital Marketing team which consists of 2-3 employees?
  • Optimizing the processes and ways of working within the Digital Marketing team?
  • Achieving the set objectives for the online marketing campaigns in the short and long term?
  • Strategically co-designing and implementing the B2C online marketing annual plan?
  • Proposing and implementing online propositions in close cooperation with management?
  • Proactively monitoring and analyzing online marketing campaigns, visits to the website and eShop (Google Analytics), e-mailings, as well as interpreting and reporting the results to the eCommerce Manager Benelux?
  • Independently develop and execute projects in the areas of Affiliate Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and comparison and review sites?
  • Developing and implementing, together with internal & external stakeholders (a.o. the brands), an online marketing strategy for Belux, consistent with the overall marketing strategy?
  • Managing all aspects of email marketing (development, design, content, preparing campaigns for sending as well as analyzing, reporting and making proposals based on email campaign results)?
  • Develop and manage paid social media activities?
  • Developing online and offline marketing materials, including writing and editing texts?
  • Independent management of new product introductions?
  • Controlling the budget for online media spending?

Your profile
  • Minimum of 3 years broad online marketing experience
  • Fluent knowledge of MS-Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO and CRO
  • You are communicative, result-oriented, customer-focused (both internally and externally), stress-resistant
  • You have experience with entrepreneurship and leadership
  • Fluent in Dutch/French/English
