For our Longtainer division we have a job opening. We’re hiring a Dutch and English speaking (and preferably French) freelance Sales Consultant for new business in Lummen (Belgium).

Bosal Group:

BOSAL is a Dutch privately owned company, headquartered in Belgium, Lummen where we have our global R&D and knowledge centre. We are mainly known as a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, and already in business since 1923. We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.

LONGTAINER is a new concept for packing, handling, storing and transporting of long products such as tubes, profiles, bars, beams and more, regardless of material. It provides safer packaging, allows fully automated warehouses and we focus on markets like industry, logistics or distribution.

We’re seeking to employ a freelance Sales Consultantfor new business to focus on the Benelux market. In this role you will be responsible for sales and business development with the onboarding of new customers and successfully presenting a new product.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development of our longtainer product for sustainable packaging;
  • Sales, targeting and onboarding of new customers;
  • Daily contact with customers and making pro-active sales calls;
  • Understanding customer needs by actively listening and converting expectations into customized solutions;
  • Working closely with your colleagues and acting a real team player;
  • Represent Bosal at events.

Your skills and expertise:

  • At least a Bachelor degree (preferable commercial-technical background);
  • General market knowledge in industry, logistics or distribution;
  • Knowledge of packaging & conditioning applications expectations in industry & logistics is a plus;
  • Strong commercial orientation and you’re sales/result driven;
  • Strong negotiation and presenting skills;
  • You have a passion for new technical innovations;
  • Flexible and open to travel to customers in the Benelux;
  • Proven experience with sales and new business in a similar international environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English (both must). French is a big plus;
